Petco Love Lost is a platform that uses innovative pet facial recognition technology to allow users to report and search for lost pets nationwide.

Overview

Petco Love (formerly Petco Foundation) is a nonprofit investing in lifesaving animal welfare. Petco Love's mission is to create a better world for animals and the people who love and need them. In 2020, Petco Love acquired Finding Rover and set out to create Petco Love Lost, a innovative platform using AI to find potential lost and found pet matches in their national database. The new website needed to match the look and feel of Petco Love's existing brand while also meeting pet owners' needs in a lost and found service.

I was tasked with designing the new website from scratch and conducting user testing on the prototypes.
